DigiPe Platform is owned/subscribed/used by DigiPe Fintech Private Limited (Digipe), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at C-25, AMIGO, Sector 8, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India and also operates from its Corporate Office at: Door No.55-14-114/2, Near ASR Statue, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013 and its Branch Office at: Door No.47-1-115, Shankar Plaza, Opp. Shankar Matam, Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530016, India (hereinafter referred to as DigiPe) and/or by DigiPe Entities not limited to websites, mobile applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbot, or any other communication medium used by DigiPe Entities to provide its services to its Users. Hence, we maintain highest standards for secure transactions and user information privacy. Please read the following statement to learn about our information gathering and dissemination practices.
"DigiPe platforms" - Refers to any platform owned/subscribed/used by DigiPe Private Limited or any other DigiPe Entities not limited to websites, mobile applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbot, or any other communication medium used by DigiPe Entities to provide its services to its Users.
"DigiPe Service or DigiPe Services or Services" shall include all services extended / to be extended by DigiPe and DigiPe Entities including but not limited to DigiPe’s Business Partners (Service Providers and/or Payment Services Providers, Banks and/or Financial Institutions and such others).
“Cookies” - “Cookies are small files placed on your device hard-drive/storage that assist us in providing our Services. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie". "Session Cookies" - These are temporary files that are automatically deleted from your device hard-drive/storage at the end of a session.
"Business Partners"– Shall refer to any individual, group of individuals defined under law with whom DigiPe or DigiPe Entities have a contractual relationship not limited to Merchants, Advertisers, Deal partners, Banks and/or Financial institutions.
"Service Providers" – Refers to any individual, group of individuals defined under law whose Services are used by DigiPe or DigiPe Entities in order to provide the intended services to You through DigiPe platforms.
We collect, processes, store, transfer and record your data and information while you visit any of DigiPe platforms or avail DigiPe Services.
Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our Website/Application to make your experience safer and easier. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our app. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.
We will occasionally ask you to complete optional online surveys. These surveys may ask you for contact information and demographic information (like zip code, age, or income level). We use this data to tailor your experience at our app, providing you with content that we think you might be interested in and to display content according to your preferences.
Your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information shall be stored in electronic form with exceptions, wherein the data is required to be maintained in physical form in information and data centers located within Indian Jurisdictions.
Your data may be collected, stored and processed in Indian Jurisdictions by us and/or our Service Providers as permitted under applicable laws, from time to time.

DigiPe is an ISO27001, 9001 and a PCI-DSS certified entity and has deployed technical and physical security measures to safeguard user’s Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information and undergo strict internal and external reviews to ensure appropriate information security encryption or controls are placed for both data in motion and data at rest within our network and servers respectively.
We have and/or will in due course of time, as and when required and/or deemed fit, enabled / provided / enable / provide multiple levels of security to safeguard your App by Login/Logout option and Application Lock feature (“Enable Screen Lock”) that can be enabled by you. We have preventive controls implemented to ensure you use DigiPe App on your device and same login cannot be used on different device without any additional authentication/OTP. Please do not share your DigiPe login, password and OTP details with anybody.
When you choose to make payment on DigiPe platforms using / via cards, some part of your card information is stored in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). All Sensitive, Personal Information and some part of your Personal Information shall be retained under applicable laws. Personal Information/Non-Personal Information may be retained even after termination of relationship between you and DigiPe Entities.
While we shall take all reasonable and appropriate processes and precautions to secure any Personal Information//Sensitive Personal Information, which we hold about you, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot provide any assurance or warrant the security of any information you submit to us.
You may review your Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Information shared by You by logging info DigiPe platforms using your secure login credentials and may notify Us in case of any change.
A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the DigiPe and shall include but not limited to war, riots, fire, flood, acts of God, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, epidemic and/or pandemic, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, server and/or computer crashes, acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding DigiPe and/or the DigiPe Entities from performing its respective obligations under the contract.
You further agree that such collection, use, storage, disclosure and/or transfer of your Information shall not cause any loss to any other person. The information so provided by you may be shared to DigiPe Entities and the third-party service provided on a need-to-know basis.
We provide all users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account. If you want to remove your contact information from all DigiPe lists and newsletters, please click on the unsubscribe button on the emailers.

Our endeavour is to provide you with a seamless experience while transacting via DigiPe App and when required, our in-app customer redressal support process, is able to address all your concerns. In circumstances where, owing to various human, network or system errors, some issues arise requiring a more focused and customised redressal, you may refer to the following redressal mechanism in the sequential order.
We have formulated our Support Team with utmost care to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and by the right team. We recommend you to carefully go through our self-explanative App pages. However, for queries and concerns, you may email us to: email@example.com and/or can contact our Customer Care Team, the details of which are/shall be provided in the Support section of the DigiPe App and/or DigiPe Platform and as may be revised / updated from time to time. We are committed to provide you with our first response within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. We aim to resolve all your complaints/queries within 3 (three) business days. Resolution of your complaint may get delayed due to Banking / Operational or Technical reasons and/or for reasons attributable to the terms and conditions and/or resolution timelines of DigiPe’s Business Partners and/or Service Providers. In such a scenario, you will be notified of such timelines. Complaints related to ‘fraud and risk assessment’ often take longer to investigate due to involvement of multiple agencies. The resolution time in such cases is dependent on the severity and complexity of the case. You shall be proactively informed of the timelines in such cases.
